We foster a love and appreciation for the arts through student-teacher relationships, which encourage and help you excel at your dream. We offer high-quality instruction and educational experiences because we are committed to the art of teaching and the teaching of the arts. It is our hope to build art and awareness in the community and provide a "home" for families to pursue their dreams.

At the Asheville Arts Center you’ll find a community theatre and a neighborhood gathering place that inspires and nurtures the spirit of performing arts in all the members of your family.  Your children feel invited to explore their talents.  They can try dancing, singing, acting, playing music… it’s all here. And for you “grown up” children (aka parents and grandparents) you can join in the fun by putting your creative ingenuity to work both on and off the stage~ even as enthusiastic members of the audience! There is a role for everyone at the Asheville Arts Center.
