Chef Mo is well known in the Asheville community as the creative force behind Chef in Motion Catering.   He has provided exquisite catering for special affairs and events all over WNC for many years.  It is no surprise that eventually Chef Mo's would have to have a restaurant.  Well now he does.  Chef Mos Restaurant and Bar located at 900 Hendersonville Road. 

The menu is quite creative, unique and delicious with offerings such as "Coffee Encrusted Hanger Steak with Whiskey Cream Sauce" and "Sake Marinated Grilled Shrimp".  The atmosphere is relaxed comfortable and creatively cheerful with colorful art that adorns the walls. 

Chef Mo's is a place that is really a bit of a secret for now but is sure to be a hit as people discover this gem of restaurant in Asheville.  Don't miss it.
