The first thing you notice when you walk into Never Blue is how artistically beautiful it is.  The swirling mosaics that embelish the bar are breath taking as is the wall behind it. There is a main dining area and also a Garden Room with a waterfall and pond.  If you are looking for ambiance then Never Blue is the place to go.

The menu has a Spanish/Latin flair and is mostly organic with offerings such as Tapas, Pressed Cuban Roasted Pork, Garlic Lemon Chick breast and Spicy Corona Battered Cod.  They also serve the some of best Sangria you will ever taste. If you don't happen to live in Hendersonville, Never Blue is definitely worth the trip to experience.  You will not be disappointed.
