Description:
Located just off of Airport Road in the Ramada Inn, El Tapatio Grill is easy to
miss since you can't see it from Airport Road. The quick turn on Underwood
road just off the I-26 is worth it though. El Tapatio Grill is a "find"
and you will be sure to return after you try their food.
Chef Julio, originally from Guadalajara and has
worked as a chef in many areas of the United States (most notably California)
where he has honed his culinary expertise. While offering many favorite
authentic Mexican dishes Chef Julio has taken Mexican Cuisine to a new level
blending Mexican, Tex-Mex and Central American styles to form his own Mexican
Fusion creations.
