Kosta's Kitchen was started in 1981 by Kostas Vlahakis in Skyland, NC.. Kostas has a impeccable reputation and a loyal following in Skyland and Asheville and is known for “The best Breakfast and Lunch in Skyland".

Kosta's has moved to Fletcher!  Kosta moved the business to a stand-alone building that previously housed The Fletcher House at 4055 Hendersonville Road in Fletcher.  He has also expanded his hours to include breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Kostas loves his loyal patrons and he wants to assure you every time you walk in the door, you will be treated like family and served the best breakfast and lunch and dinner you can imagine.
